The before and after visit communication from RISE was outstanding. The RISE office reached out to move up our appointment at our convenience when an opening occurred. We didn't request this, but accepted the opportunity. Steve the owner and technician arrived early, was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I've been really impressed with Steve both times he's come out. He installed a new boiler and completely reworked all the connections in the tiny little space. Even fixed some of the mistakes the last guy made installing the water heater while he was at it. Price was better than others and quality of work is top notch. Won't use anyone else going forward.
